The Middlebury Food Pantry
In the heart of Middlebury, something special happens every Saturday morning. At 13307 County Road 16, volunteers gather to do what our community does best—take care of each other.
The Middlebury Food Pantry isn’t just a place to get groceries. It’s a testament to what happens when a community decides that no neighbor should go hungry. Since January 2023, they’ve provided an incredible 587,415 meals to local families. Let that number sink in. That’s more than half a million times someone in our community found help when they needed it most.
Every Saturday between 8:30 and 11:00 AM, the pantry welcomes anyone in need of assistance. The Bridge – Middlebury Food Pantry The process is simple and dignified—just pull up to the location, park in the lowest numbered spot available, and a volunteer will come to your vehicle to help you get started. All you need is a valid ID.
What makes the Middlebury Food Pantry truly remarkable is the army of volunteers, local businesses, and church groups who contribute not only food but also their time, resources, and compassion. This is what “turning up the good” looks like. It’s neighbors helping neighbors. It’s community in action. And this month, we’re honored to celebrate the Middlebury Food Pantry as part of our Heart for Hart initiative.
