About Tommie
Tommie’s radio career has spanned five states and dates back to when he had to cue up vinyl records. He writes, plays the guitar, makes his wife laugh whenever possible and watches a lot of hockey. He has two grown children, a little dog who loves him, and a cat that barely acknowledges his existence until it’s time to eat. He loves old movies, thinks Prince was better than Michael Jackson, and was the winner of the prestigious Best Short Story award at Oscoda Elementary School in 1977. Tommie once worked at The Elkhart Truth and has been on the Elkhart airwaves since 2001. He likes a nice ham.
