Summer isn’t complete without the Elkhart County 4-H Fair, and this year’s lineup is stacked! From July 24th through August 1st, the fairgrounds in Goshen come alive with nine nights of concerts, thrills, and family fun — and Froggy 102.7 is right in the middle of it.
