Dave is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and in this role he advocates for children who are abused or neglected and now in state care. He is also a board member of Ryan’s Place in Goshen, a nonprofit helping children and families through times of grief and finally Dave is a board member of the Experimental Aviation Association based at Elkhart Airport and oversees the Young Eagles Program, introducing young people to aviation.
