  • What is this contest?

Froggy 102.7 hid a large green plastic egg somewhere in Elkhart County. Yes, we’re serious. And only 2 people in the whole world know where this actual egg is located. It’s your job as our Froggy listener to find this egg and return it to the Froggy studios to win the huge prize package that comes with it.

  • How can I find it?

Other than the fact that it’s in Elkhart County, you don’t have any other details at this point. However, there are ways you can get “clues” to the egg. You’ll hear those at 7:00am each morning during “The Morning Splash” and make sure to grab and pen to write them down! We won’t be posting those clues on this page until 4:00pm that same day. So, writing them down will help give you a head start!

  • Bonus Clues!

Visit each of our sponsor’s 4 Elkhart County locations to get a different code word to text and you’ll receive a special bonus clue at each location!

  • I found it! Now what?

Step 1 – Open up the egg

Step 2 – Read the instructions inside on what to do next

CLUES

Clue #1

So you want a city to start your search? Look not where the County Courthouse lurks. Instead, think of names always shared…or just think about Brass and you’re prepared.

Clue #2

If finding the egg is something you must, know you can search high and low but only from dawn till dusk.

Clue #3

If all the others you’d like to best you’ll find the egg near water’s crest.

Clue #4

A street name in this hint you’ll find—all you need to do is rhyme: The husher usher certainly was not a gusher, but in his gridiron days was quite the rusher.

Clue #5

Combined with a previous clue, the square of this number will give you the address you need to find: 2,948,089.

Clue #6

We’ve dumped the egg, where a dump once laid.

Clue #7

If the Froggy egg is what you seek then in the trees is where to peek.

Clue #8

It’s time to claim your Froggy prize…one of rather impressive size. Just find the pond at centers edge where along the trails you’ll find its oldest tree. Tucked behind it, safe and sound, is where the Froggy egg will be.
